PUPPY KINDY

I run a face to face Puppy Kindy program.

For puppies aged 16 - 24 Weeks.

At 1st Boronia Scout Hall in Hunters Hill

IS THIS SERVICE FOR YOU?

ARE YOU LOOKING FOR MORE TRAINING AFTER PUPPY PRESCHOOL..?

IS YOUR NEW PUPPY AGED 16 - 24 WEEKS OLD..?

ARE YOU STRUGGLING WITH RECALL & LEAD WALKING YOUR PUP..?

Did you and your puppy miss out on Puppy Preschool because your puppy is now 16- 24 weeks of age? Or have you completed Puppy Preschool and are looking to continue with your training?

Then Puppy Kindy is for you.

Classes are for puppies aged 16-24 weeks who have not had any prior training and for puppies continuing their training after Puppy Preschool.
I provide a safe positive environment for you and your puppy to learn important life skills that will allow your puppy to evolve into a friendly, well behaved, and social member of the family and we will take the training outside to work on training appropriate to your puppies age group.
Puppy Kindy is the next stage of training to set you up as a dog owner, who understands their dog as it ages.
What you can expect is to:
• build a very positive foundation for appropriate behaviours with your puppy
• receive expert guidance on how to foster a lifelong positive connection with your puppy
• gain a better understanding of natural dog behaviours and how to work with a dog’s natural instincts
• learn positive training, basic cues with distraction in different environments and behaviour reinforcement techniques
The Puppy Kindy course consists of four, 1-hour classes, held weekly at
1st Boronia Scout Hall in Hunters Hill.
With up to 5 puppies in each class, my Puppy Kindy classes provide:

  • Socialisation/interaction - with people and other dogs for those that missed the socialisation window
  • Familiarisation with the veterinary hospital/ grooming salon and the outside world relevant to your dog’s vaccination status
  • Settling and calming techniques in different situations and places
  • Troubleshooting - addressing any issues you may be having such as jumping up, pulling on the lead and achieving a reliable recall
